The panel of experts has been announced as speakers for the 2013 BVI Business Outlook Conference, that is scheduled for January 16th at the Scrub Island Resort.
Event organizer Russell Harrigan explained that the event, which is being hosted by Business BVI, will be held under the theme “Thinking Outside The Box – Our Survival Depends On It.”
He stated that speakers will address the new economy which has emerged after the global meltdown and recession of the last two years. The conference organizer is of the opinion that this new economy is far more competitive and regulated. As such, he said the conference will address what a small territory such as the BVI needs to do to maintain and exceed its economic position, for the good of everybody living on the island inBVI Property. He was thrilled that Stephen Vanterpool, a native BVIslander who has worked at Microsoft Amazon and is now employed as IOS developer at NBC Digital, will be speaking at the BVI Business Outlook Conference on the issue of developing a sustainable third leg to the BVI economy.
Scotiabank BVI Ltd was announced as sponsorship partner for the 2013 Conference.
