The annual BVI Music Festival is scheduled for May 22-24. Ocean Conversion (BVI) Ltd. has announced it will once again sponsor the event, and their money will be used by the organisers to illuminate the entire beach in order to create a safe environment for all those who will be attending the event that weekend.

Glenn Harrigan, President of Ocean Conversion BVI Ltd. said ‘We are very excited to be part of this festival. Our sponsorship is directly in keeping with Ocean Conversion’s commitment of supporting and promoting positive community activities by groups and organizations that focus primarily on youth in the BVI. We will continue to do all we can to help support the youth in our community to excel in education, sports and cultural activities.’

Ocean Conversion (BVI) Ltd. produces 75% of the potable water for the Water and Sewage Department of the BVI, which in turn distributes the water to customers via pipeline. The staff and management of Ocean Conversion are committed to working 365 days a year 24 hours a day to ensure that the existing desalination plants are online and in good working order and have been doing so for the last 19 years. The company has been operating in the Territory since 1991 and uses reverse osmosis technology to desalt sea water to produce safe clean drinking water to the British Virgin Islands.
