The open plan kitchen, dining and lounge area is octagonal in shape, maximizing the ocean and island views. The lounge opens on to a large terrace area, just perfect for soaking up the sun, relaxing in the shade and enjoying those cooling tradewind breezes. Imagine curling up in the large hammock under the pergola sipping your pina colada…!
The bedrooms are all spacious, comfortably furnished and provide great ocean views. Three feature king beds and ensuite bathrooms. One has a queen bed with an adjacent bathroom. The two bedrooms to the rear of the house are exceptionally private.

Beneath the main house is a studio apartment and plenty of storage space. There's even a covered area to park the car out of the sun when you are off island. The Lot itself is not too steep, a rare find in the BVI, making access to the delightful gardens very easy.
