Finance Your BVI Home
There a number of leading banks in the BVI who offer home purchase and construction mortgages. Coldwell Banker has a good relationship with each of these institutions and will be pleased to introduce you. They will typically lend up to 80% of the purchase price or appraised value, whichever is lower. As one might expect, rates are typically a little higher than in the US and are usually about 1 ½% above New York prime.
